3rd Workshop of the GAMM Activity Group Analysis of Partial Differential Equations
University of Kassel, September 30 - October 2, 2015
Modelling and Analysis of Problems in Continuum Mechanics
Local organization: | Dorothee Knees, Maria Specovius-Neugebauer |
The aim of the workshop is to discuss analytic and applied aspects of PDE models in continuum mechanics. There will be a special focus on material modelling (in a broad sense) and fluid mechanics.
This workshop is the third in a row initiated by the GAMM activity group "Analysis of Partial Differential Equations". The goal of the group is to strengthen the cooperation of mathematicians working in different areas of PDEs.
For more information about the group and upcoming events see: GAMM Activity Group "Analysis of Partial Differential Equations"
